Best simple and quick chocolate muffins recipe with raspberries and blackberries
So this is my most favorite chocolate muffin recipe. For me, it is the best muffins recipe and I know you gonna love it. This muffins are with plenty of chocolate, but also with some fruit inside. I like to make them with a banana or with some berries. I love theme with blackberries or raspberries or any other you like. But most I love banana muffins.
These chocolate muffins are soft inside and they have real chocolate flavor.
I have a few tips for you before you will be making these delicious muffins.
When you will be doing muffins. Reserve a few chunks of chocolate to place them on top of the muffins before you gave them to the oven. It makes them look great with the chocolate on top.
Also you can use fresh berries or frozen. I personally like fresh because they are tastier, but I often do not have fresh. So I use frozen. Just one thing if you use frozen. Do not defrost them and gave them to muffins frozen. If you defrost them they will be watery and they won´t be tasty.
WHAT FORM I USE FOR MUFFINS
I love using silicone muffins cups. I think with them it is most easy. The muffins have nice shape from them, also you don´t need to have the fear that muffins will not be taken out of form. I use cups from Ikea. They are my favorites. In the past, I try even different, but I like this post.
This muffin recipe is perfect for afternoon treat or morning breakfast if you like sweet breakfast like me. Or you can make them for family events or some other events. Everyone will love them. They are so tasty and chocolate desserts are always a good choice.

BEST SIMPLE AND QUICK CHOCOLATE MUFFINS RECIPE WITH BLACKBERRIES AND RASPBERRIES
Prep time: 20 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
220 g all-purpose flour
100 g sugar
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tsp baking powder (in case you do not have self-raise flour)
170 ml acidophilic milk or kefir
130 ml sunflower oil
100 g of dark chocolate
some fruit like 1 banana or berries
1. Preheat oven for 180 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet and muffins forms spray them with oil little bit.
2. In the bowl mix flour, sugar, cacao powder, eggs, baking powder, acidophilic milk. For mixing, I use a hand mixer.
3. Cut 90 g chocolate and add it to the bowl and mix it.
4. Fill the muffin cups with one tsp of batter and add some fruit then put next batter on fruit.
5. On top put some other chocolate pieces.
6. Bake 30 minutes for 180 degrees.
